Dandelion Vineyards produces biodynamic wines such as the Petite Sirah 'Midnight Rainbow'. Managed by Elena Brooks, the small-footprint vineyard offers intensely aromatic, inky-colored wines with robust structure and finesse as described by The Australian Wine Club. Their Petite Sirah brings powerful tannin and deep fruit flavours - an ideal match for vintage cheddar, aged gouda or blue cheese. Winemaker stories and biodynamic ethos enhance the tasting experience.
