CheeseFest Merch Giveaway Terms & Conditions 

  1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. The Promoter is CHEESEFEST AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 20 603 649 574) of Myrtle Bank, SA 5064, telephone 0403 057 702 (“Promoter”).

 

  1. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, its related entities, retailers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.

 

  1. Prize includes two (2) tickets to CheeseFest 2025 and merch pack, valued at approximately AUD $150 (“Prize”). Three (3) winners only.

 

  1. This promotion offers entrants the chance to win two tickets to CheeseFest 2025 and merch pack, valued at approximately AUD $150 (“Prize”), by completing the entry steps in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

     

  2. The promotion starts at 18:00pm (ACST) on 1 October 2025 and ends at 12:00am (ACST) on 3 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”). The winner will be contacted via Instagram Message on 4 October 2025 and once the prize has been accepted, the winner will be announced on CheeseFest’s Instagram stories.

 

  1. How to participate: If an eligible Entrant wishes to enter the promotion for a chance to win a Prize, the Entrant must complete all steps, during the Promotional Period:

    2) Like the giveaway post and tell us the cheesiest thing about you; and

    3) Subscribe to the CheeseFest mailing list here:

  1. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

 

  1. Unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn after 12 hours of being contacted.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
