Terms and Conditions – The Great Wine Voyage 2025

1. Overview
The Great Wine Voyage is a free interactive wine tasting trail held at CheeseFest 2025, showcasing South Australia's Great Wine Capitals Best Of Wine Tourism Award Winners. Participation in this activation is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to CheeseFest 2025 attendees aged 18 years and over.
  • Only one (1) Great Wine Voyage Passport may be redeemed per person.
  • Participants must purchase a valid CheeseFest 2025 ticket to be eligible.

3. How to Participate

  • Secure your free Great Wine Voyage Passport when booking your CheeseFest 2025 ticket via Eventbrite.
  • Redeem your Passport at the Great Wine Capitals Stall at the festival (Rundle Park / Kadlitpina, Adelaide, October 18–19, 2025).
  • Visit the five participating stalls and receive a stamp at each after participating in a tasting or making a purchase.
  • Once all five stamps are collected, hand in your completed passport at the Great Wine Capitals stall and complete the digital entry form via QR code, including your name and email address.

4. Prize Draw

  • Participants who complete and submit a full passport will go into the draw to win a wine lover’s hamper featuring five wines from South Australia’s Great Wine Capitals Best Of Wine Tourism Award winners.
  • The prize draw will take place one (1) week after the conclusion of CheeseFest 2025.
  • One winner will be selected at random and notified via email.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

5. Marketing Consent
By registering via Eventbrite and participating in the Great Wine Voyage, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Great Wine Capitals and CheeseFest. You may unsubscribe at any time.

6. General

  • The Great Wine Voyage Passport is only redeemable at CheeseFest 2025 and must be collected and completed during the festival dates (October 18–19, 2025).
  • The organisers reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
