Born on a multi-generation apple orchard near Adelaide Hills, LOBO produces cloudy, unfiltered cider from Pink Lady apples, as well as apple & pear cider, mead (cyser), gin and barrel aged apple brandy called Lobodos (~5 years oak maturation). Sample authentic crisp cider and smooth apple brandy and cider pairs beautifully with feta or goat cheeses; brandy suits creamy triple-cream cheeses or washed rinds for warming contrast.
