LOBO is a boutique producer of Spirits and Cider formed in the mid-2000s which brought together the skills of an English cider maker and a Adelaide Hills apple grower based at Lenswood.
Starting with a large range of specialty ciders we then focused on crafting a range of spirits with an emphasis on produce from our orchards with Quince, Cherries Pears and Apples reflecting famous world styles of Gin, Brandy, Schnapps and Eau de vie’s which match magnificently with the produce from our region especially cheeses, a match made in heaven!
