Prohibition Liquor Co. is an Adelaide-born craft distillery, founded in 2015 with a passion for creating world-class, flavour-driven gin. We opened our CBD distillery in 2017, where all our gin is still distilled onsite in our 900L copper pot still, Mary. Under the guidance of Head Distiller Hugh Lumsden, we combine traditional botanicals with locally sourced Australian ingredients to create distinctive small-batch spirits, from classic juniper-led gins to bold native and fruit-forward expressions. We’ve recently expanded to the Barossa with a new tasting room and cocktail bar at historic Seppeltsfield Estate. What makes us unique?
