Inspired by my Italian heritage and love of baking, Bellieri was started as a way of sharing food to bring together family and friends. Every Cannoli is made fresh by hand, with crispy shells coated in dark chocolate and the freshest fillings of either Custard or zesty Ricotta. What sets us apart are the traditional recipes, handed down from my Nonna's to give the fresh and authentic experience of Italy right here in Adelaide.
