From our oyster farm in the waters of Franklin Harbour, at Cowell on the Eyre Peninsula, Franklin Harbour Oyster Co. is back at CheeseFest for a fifth time. Shucking fresh oysters live all weekend , this year we're also bringing the grills to put together some cheesy collaborations.
We put 38 years and two generations of oyster farming into an ocean to plate experience, bringing the taste of the ocean straight to you.
