PODEROSA was born from the dream of two Colombian food lovers who wanted to share a little piece of their culture with Australia. Inspired by the traditional Latin American arepa — a golden corn cake, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — our arepas are generously filled with fresh salad, creamy avocado, carefully selected meats, pickled onions, chilli mayo and, of course, plenty of cheese. Every PODEROSA arepa is handmade with fresh ingredients, dedication and love, bringing authentic flavours, cherished memories and a delicious taste of our Colombian heritage to every bite.
