Our founder, Vito Minoia, is respected by his industry peers as a master cheesemaker who has been producing cheese for over 50 years. Vito was the first to introduce Burrata and Stracciatella to the Australian market, sharing the unique flavours and traditions of his homeland. Today with his family, he continues to craft fresh cheese using grass-fed Australian milk. From creamy burrata to juicy buffalo mozzarella, each cheese is made with care and authenticity.
