Trilby’s is a South Australian bean-to-bar chocolate maker with a simple ambition: to make seriously good chocolate that’s full of character and fun.
We start with cacao beans sourced from growers across the Pacific and beyond, then roast, grind, refine and craft our chocolate from scratch in McLaren Vale. The result is chocolate that celebrates the distinctive flavours of where the cacao originates.
Alongside our single-origin bars, we make crowd favourites including chocolate frogs, speckles and coated treats, as well as uniquely Australian creations featuring ingredients like lemon myrtle and macadamias.
At Trilby’s, everything is made in small batches using quality ingredients and traditional methods.
